Preeti is a lawyer, a certified diversity and inclusion (D&I) professional from the University of Pittsburgh, and a management graduate from Birla Institute of Management, She has worked in various corporates for almost a decade before venturing into social entrepreneurship.

At ACF, we have collaborated with more than 150 corporates across India, including TCS, Indian Air Force, Apollo Munich, IndiaMart, Pay U, Sunlife and many more to help create safe, holistic, gender-sensitive, and diverse workplaces. We have facilitated over 1000 workshops and talks on topics related to D&I, workplace sexual harassment, child sexual abuse, and cyber security.

She serves on the internal committee (IC) panel of many organizations, and have investigated over 150 cases of all degrees across India. Our programs are data driven, up to date with industry trends and are high on impact, all our clients noticed a sharp decline in sexual harassment allegations post our intervention.

Her mission is to provide cost effective and quality consulting and training services on POSH , D&I initiatives, wellness initiatives to corporates while building awareness on POCSO , Cyber safety, presentation and public speaking skills to schools and other educational institutions.
